The App is available only to users aged 13 or older. If you are not of legal age in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
Idle Merge Cats is a mobile entertainment application offering cat merge puzzle gameplay. It may include reward programs, promotions, and in-app advertising. Features, reward rules, and UI may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time.
You may not:
https://acq.mergeca.com or partner systemsSoftware, visual assets, trademarks, logos, and content in the App belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial entertainment under these Terms.
The App may integrate third-party services for advertising, analytics, and payments. Each service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party content, offers, or practices we do not control.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share personal information. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood it.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or pose a risk to users or the platform. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
As-Is: The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation to the fullest extent permitted by law.
No Earnings Guarantee: Rewards and withdrawals are not wages, employment, or guaranteed income. Past promotional outcomes do not guarantee future results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Idle Merge Cats, its operators, and affiliates from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms are interpreted under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction. Before formal proceedings, contact arthouseclemnt.deal@gmail.com to seek a good-faith resolution.
Non-waivable rights under local consumer protection laws are not limited by these Terms.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves or legal requirements change. Material revisions may be communicated through the App or other reasonable channels before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
